Course Fees Refunds, Transfer, and Cancel​lation P​olicy

Clause 1. Refunds Policy
1.1 Refund Eligibility:
Partial refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Course/Batch cancellation by Softcad World.
Inability to commence/provide the agreed-upon training services within 90 days of full-payment.
The participant withdraws before the commencement of the course only on medical grounds.

Refund Request:
Participants must submit a written refund request to connect2us@softcadworld.com
Participants must submit the relevant documents (medical lab test reports, doctors prescription for bed-rest/OPD tickets/Indoor hospitalisation registration slips etc.) only from the government and govt. registered private hospitals/nursing homes.
Participants must send all the above documents in hard-copy within 07 working days after submitting a refund request in email.
No refund requests shall be entertained participants or their authorised representatives, custodians failed to submit the documents explicitly mentioned in 1.2.

Requests will be processed within 15 business days after evaluation and approval of refund requests which are valid.

Refund Amount:
The refund amount will be determined based on the timing of the withdrawal and any applicable administrative fees and applicable bank charges (if any).
No refunds will be provided after 03 days from the course commencement date.


Clause 2. 
Transfer PolicySub
2.1 Transfer Eligibility:
Participants may request a one-time transfer to another course offered by Softcad World.
Participants may request a one-time transfer to either ONLINE or OFFLINE mode of training.
Participants seeking for the HYBRID (online & offline) mode of training may request the same to the authorities who may charge extra as a convenience fee to facilitate the same.


2.2 
Transfer Request:
Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to cadcam.training@softcadworld.com.
Transfer requests will be processed within 03 business days from the course commencement date.

2.3 
Transfer Fees:
A nominal transfer fee may apply, depending on the timing and nature of the transfer as decided by the management of Odicad Technologies Private Limited.

Clause 3.  Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Participants:
Participants may cancel their enrollment by submitting a written request to connect2us@softcadworld.com.
Cancellation requests will be processed within 07 business days.

 3.2 Cancellation Charges:

The registration amount of ₹1000.0 shall be deducted if the course fees payment was made electronically (UPI/NEFT/IMPS) based on the timing of the cancellation.
Participants who have paid the full amount of the course fees in cash will be refunded as per the Clause 1. of our Course Fees Refunds, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy.

Clause 4. Miscellaneous

4.1 Course Changes:
Softcad World reserves the right to cancel, modify course schedules, content, or trainers/instructors as whenever it is found to be necessary by the management.

 4.2 Non-Attendance:
Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal, and participants remain liable for the full course fee.
